Delete your account in the app
Open the Dreamsy app and go to Account.
Tap Delete account.
Follow the confirmation instructions shown in the app.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email hello@dreamsy.app from the email address associated with your account.
Use the subject "Dreamsy - Account and data deletion" and identify the Dreamsy account you want deleted. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request. Never include your password or payment-card details.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Dreamsy account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription through the store where you purchased it to prevent future renewals. See subscription cancellation instructions.
