First, check that your App Store or Google Play payment method is valid and that your device is connected to the internet. Then close and reopen Dreamsy and try again.

1. Download and open the Dreamsy app.
2. Create an account or sign in.
3. Choose a subscription in the app to unlock the full collection.

You can listen to the free stories before subscribing to see whether Dreamsy is right for you.

You can cancel at any time through the store where you subscribed:

Android (Google Play)

1. Open Google Play.
2. Tap your profile picture.
3. Select Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
4. Select Dreamsy and tap Cancel subscription.

iPhone or iPad (App Store)

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select Dreamsy and tap Cancel Subscription.

Yes. With an active subscription, stories you have already played remain available for offline listening. Play the stories you want while connected before going offline.

A parent, legal guardian or other adult caregiver creates and controls the account, purchases subscriptions, chooses age-appropriate stories and supervises child listeners. Children are listeners, not Dreamsy account holders.

We regularly add new sleep stories. Active subscribers receive access to newly released stories at no extra charge.
